Google UX Design Professional Certificate

UX Designer Google-certified in Tunisia

I use a user-centered method to clarify needs, structure journeys and test solutions before development. I acquired and practised this complete UX process through exercises and case studies during the Google UX Design certificate.

Practised UX skills

From observation to a testable solution

These methods were applied through structured practical exercises during the Google UX Design program. They now form the framework proposed for a first professional UX assignment, with a clearly defined scope from the outset.

01

Research & interviews

Prepare questions, listen to users and identify problems, expectations and contexts of use.

02

Personas & needs

Synthesize observations into useful profiles, goals, frustrations and priority needs.

03

Journeys & architecture

Organize content, stages and paths so users can reach their goals without unnecessary friction.

04

Wireframes

Build the functional structure of screens before developing the detailed visual direction.

05

Interactive prototypes

Connect screens to simulate key actions, explain the solution and prepare validation.

06

Usability testing

Observe difficulties, gather feedback and prioritize improvements before implementation.

07

UX audits

Review an existing interface, identify obstacles and provide prioritized recommendations.

Credibility & transparency

What is established — and what remains to be built

Certified training

Google UX Design Certificate

Structured learning of the UX process, from research methods through testing and iteration.

Practical application

Exercises and case studies

Completion of the different stages in an educational setting. This work is not presented as commissioned client work.

Professional experience

First client UX case ahead

No complete client UX case is currently published. A first assignment will be scoped with explicit objectives, methods and deliverables.

Proposed process

Six verifiable stages

The process is adapted to the product size, available information and the level of validation genuinely required.

01 — SCOPE

Define the problem

Objectives, users, constraints, assumptions and success indicators.

02 — RESEARCH

Gather evidence

Interviews, observation, existing-product analysis and context.

03 — SYNTHESIS

Surface the needs

Personas, pain points, priorities and design opportunities.

04 — STRUCTURE

Organize the experience

Journeys, information architecture and wireframes for key screens.

05 — PROTOTYPE

Make it testable

An interactive prototype realistic enough to validate the scenarios.

06 — TEST

Observe and improve

Usability testing, feedback synthesis and iteration recommendations.

Not yet. I practised the complete process through exercises and case studies during the Google UX Design certificate. I do not present educational work as client references.
User research and interviews, personas, journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability tests and UX audits.
UX structures the experience, needs, journeys and validation. UI Design builds the appearance and visual consistency of screens. The two disciplines complement each other, but their deliverables are different.
Yes. A UX audit or the analysis of one specific journey is a suitable scope for identifying priority issues before a broader redesign.
Yes. Scoping, interviews, workshops, prototypes and presentations can be organized remotely according to the project.

Share the product, target users and observed problem. I will propose a realistic UX scope with clearly defined methods and deliverables.
